The Brief: Self Hackathon conducts workshops that blend cutting edge research in neuroscience and psychology with more holistic approaches to human wellness to improve people’s lives.

The Opportunity: Self Hackathon is moving online to increase its scale, and has developed a 5-day online Hack Your Confidence course. It wants to develop a more engaging digital platform, consolidate its different websites, and better address its users’ needs.

The Solution: I consolidated its separate websites into one site, and redesigned the content, information architecture, and user flows based on user needs, Self Hackathon’s business goals, and competitive analysis. This included:

Improving the content and structure of information about programs, services, and experts.

Creating a Workshop Followup page to address user pain points and create new revenue opportunities.

Improving program sign up flow to increase user engagement.
